Epoxy resin has come to be one of the most popular lab worktop materials, known for its excellent chemical and stain resistance, mechanical properties,  easy cleaning and decontamination and exhibiting good fire resistance properties. Dursurf epoxy works are cast in a monolithic solid material to avoid blistering and delaminating. Over 10 years of experience of accurately casting and fabricating in the Dursurf factory has resulted in orders from thousands of advanced laboratories. 

While the performance of traditional epoxy works can be easily impacted under some critical conditions like 98% sulphuric acid, fuming nitric acid and dichloromethane (methylene dichloride), Dursurf has improved the performance to meet all lab needs. Dursurf casts in 16 – 30 mm thick solid epoxy resin available in lengths up to 3020mm and widths up to 1520mm and has various finishing (smooth and coarse) to meet comprehensive design requirements. Also it can be moulded into customised components of different sizes to cater for highly demanding laboratory specifications and is available in a range of subtle and aesthetically pleasing colours.

Standard colours: - Dark Black, Dark Grey, Light Grey, White. Other colours are available to special order e.g. Blue, Grey, or any other customised colour (depending on quantity).
